Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We support 7 days return and 14 days exchange. (Starting on delivery date)
To be eligible for returns, your items must be unused, fault-free, and in the same condition as they were received. It must also be in its original packaging. (Please note that you will be responsible for this item until you reach our residence, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you have n’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time.
If you have completed all of these actions and have not received a refund, please contact us.

You can do this if the umbrella is not used and it is not damaged but you want to replace unused items. The exchange request must be received within 14 days of receiving the goods, the items can be returned to us in a saleable condition, and all labels are intact.

Return defective items
Please check delivery within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a problem or failure in delivery within 30 days of receipt, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to return the item to us at our own expense. Items must be returned within 7 days of the return notification and a full refund or replacement will be made upon receipt of the defective goods.

The process of returning the umbrella

Take a picture of the damaged area to show as much detail as possible. Email us these images with a description of the failure and how it happened. These images are then usually sent to the manufacturer’s headquarters so that any failures can be monitored. They can also be used to determine if the failure is indeed due to a manufacturing issue or an accident due to general wear / misuse or wind damage.

Please note-warranty terms cover manufacturer failures. In case of accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear, the item will not be returned or replaced. Please also note that wind damage does not constitute a fault frame, so damage due to wind will not be refunded.

When using an umbrella in the wind, make sure to use it with care. Unless it is stated that the umbrella is specifically manufactured and tested, it is generally not recommended to use the umbrella in high wind conditions. As stated in the Consumer Law, the product must be suitable for the purpose of use, so it is recommended that the umbrella be suitable for use and provide protection from rain, but not wind. If you have a question about whether the selected umbrella is suitable for your use, please seek advice first-we are happy to help highlight some products that have passed the wind test, as well as rain protection.

* Important Note * Parcels and items must be inspected for damage at the time of shipment. If the packing box is obviously damaged at the time of shipment, please make sure that you sign for damage, please notify us immediately.

Delivery methods

We will ship the item within two working days after you place your order.
For all items, we offer free standard shipping. Most of our delivery work is done through China Post and provides 14-28 working days of service.
If you need faster items, we can provide fast commercial express service and provide 3-7 working days service. The price depends on the location, and you can view the offer by adding the item to the cart and selecting a destination.

“Important Notice” Packages and items must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt and any damage must be reported within this time frame. Please note that if your package is not delivered within the expected time, please contact us so that we can track the package for you-after 28 days from the expected delivery date, we will not be able to claim the lost items and contact the courier, so it may be possible Unable to track undelivered items. This may then affect any refund requests or other items that have been issued.

If you are not home when you try to deliver, the courier should try 2 more deliveries. If the item is still not delivered, return it to us. If you’ve received your delivery card but couldn’t pick it up before returning it, please contact us to discuss our return sender policy. We will not refund the postage for items returned to the sender.

Please check all shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If we must contact you to update incorrect information, your order will be delayed.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has arrived but has not been received, you must contact the shipping company and contact them directly to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that have been declared by the carrier. We will not refund or refund packages that have been confirmed by the carrier for delivery.
