You can return your umbrella within the legal 7 days. Make sure it’s unused and intact, send it to us in the original packaging and plastic, and don’t forget to add packing slips and invoices.
Please tell us in the note why the umbrella was sent back to us. After receiving the package, we will contact you regarding the refund. Please note – shipping costs will not be refunded!
You may accidentally fill in an incorrect or incomplete address. If you find an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us and we will correct the information with our logistics partners.
If your package has already left, in which case we cannot make any changes and must wait for your order to return to our warehouse. Once the order arrives in our warehouse, we will contact you to resend the order: please note that you are now responsible for shipping for the second shipment.

We will start processing your order as soon as we receive it, so after placing and confirming the order, we will not be able to make any changes or modifications to the order.
A:Return any unused or defective merchandise at one of our Canada or US store locations or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking code, you can see “Track Order” at the top of our website, click “Track Order”, enter the tracking code, and you can check the shipping status of your order.
